Shipping & Returns
LENTRIAN ships worldwide. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany and delivered by DHL. We require a physical street address and signature upon delivery. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. You can specify an alternative address, e.g. your office, as shipping address for daytime delivery. If DHL are unable to deliver, you will be notified by letter, sms or e-mail and you can either schedule another delivery attempt or have the package delivered to a DHL Service Point where you can pick it up at your convenience within 10 days. Please note that DHL’s services and processes differs among countries and cities. LENTRIAN cannot be held responsible for changes to DHL terms of service, therefore please refer to dhl.com for current information for your specific location.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. At any time, you can check the status of your package using the link in the shipping notification. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs (such as taxes or import duties) that may be due when packages reach the country of destination.
United States: 18 EUR - 2-4 working days (free over 100 EUR)
Germany: 10 EUR - 1-2 working days (free over 100 EUR)
All of EU: 17 EUR - 1-3 working days (free over 100 EUR)
Norway and Switzerland: 17 EUR - 2-3 working days (free over 100 EUR)
Rest of World: 20 EUR - 3-6 working days (free over 100 EUR)
EXCHANGE AND REFUND CHARGES
All orders are fully refunded, including full item value and any shipping fees paid. Please note we do not cover the return shipping fee, or any taxes in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
LENTRIAN has a 7 days return period. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of reception. LENTRIAN shall as soon as possible, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the returned item, or exchange the item. Upon reception of the returned item, we control the goods prior to processing the refund or exchange. Refunds are made to the original purchaser’s credit card and take 5-10 business days to show up on your account, from the time it has been processed by us.
We suggest you use a courier that offers tracking of the parcel as LENTRIAN don’t offer any insurances of returns that are not returned with our return service.
When returning a product you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color upon availability. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at lentrian.com. Sale or items bought with discount can not be returned. For countries outside of EU and outside the United States taxes and duties may apply which will not be covered by LENTRIAN. Since tax and import duties vary from country to country, we cannot provide an exhaustive list of applicable rules. Instead, we ask you to turn to your local customs authorities for more information
If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented on the site we reserve the right to send a replacement or repair the defective item. Please contact email@example.com as soon as you discover the fault. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money paid. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process.
